Kent is Quarry’s Chief Executive Officer. He has over 25 years in business development and professional talent and acquisition services across a broad range environments with private, crown and public sector clients. He brings a depth of experience in understanding both client technical and human resource requirements. Kent wants to make "raving fans" out of customers and have fun doing it!  His mission is to be a trusted partner with whom clients and consultants can depend on to make them more successful.

Lynn van der Linde is Quarry’s Vice President of Management Consulting. She has more than 25 years of experience as a seasoned management consultant combined with years of being an operations executive where she has lived through many of the challenges faced by her clients. She brings deep expertise in stakeholder management, communications, strategic planning, executive leadership, and change management with public, private, and not for profit clients. She’s a passionate philanthropist, sitting on several boards spanning across health care, public policy and economic development. She’s also a certified Sommelier, ask her about wine!

Kristina Ireland is Quarry's Vice-President of Strategy, with a passion for helping clients tackle complex challenges and craft aspirational yet achievable strategies. She brings expertise in strategy development, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and project and portfolio management. Beyond work, Kristina is an endurance sports enthusiast and a proud Ironman triathlete.

Craig Billo is Quarry's VP of Sales, and brings more than 20 years of experience as a sales professional within the area of IT Professional Services. Craig has an innate understanding of client requirements by leveraging his business acumen, extensive network and proven expertise. Craig brings his full arsenal of talents to help clients achieve higher levels of success through purpose-driven strategies involving a wide variety of recruiting and HR solutions.

Cassandra Joyal is the Director of Public Sector Sales at Quarry. She draws on years of experience as a trusted advisor to clients in areas such as contract management, RFP responses, client relations, and consultant recruiting. Outside of work, she has a passion for gardening, particularly fresh-cut flowers—ask her anything about Dahlias!

Greg pulls from over 12 years of building and managing high-performance teams to relate to the challenges faced by those trying to do the same. Working alongside hiring managers and decision makers, Greg uses a client-centred approach to create and implement customized solutions that work. Why does he keep wetsuits in his home office? You’ll have to ask him yourself.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Quarry, Laetitia sources, screens, and hires top talent for various technical roles where she leverages her attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates.

Marci Clapham is Quarry’s Proposal Manager. She has 7 years of experience across various industries overseeing the proposal process for both the public and private sectors. Leveraging her design background, she brings a unique perspective and creative approach to crafting compelling and visually impactful proposals. She also enjoys baking bread, ask her about sourdough!

Brian McKenna is a seasoned IM/IT Recruiter with 25+ years’ experience developing candidate relationships ensuring right-fit placements for both contract and permanent employment roles within various Technical Domains. A sports fanatic, born and raised in Ottawa his love for the Boston Bruins vs the Ottawa Senators keeps the conversation lively with clients and colleagues.

Vipsa Bhalani is a Recruiter with Quarry. She specializes in Technical Recruitment and brings a technical background with more than 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, business administration and talent acquisition. Music is her passion – ask her about singing!

Sai has more than 6 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist with a solid background in information technology, telecommunications, and private and public sectors. Specialized in building lasting relationships with both candidates and colleagues, Sai fosters an atmosphere of trust, transparency, and collaboration. He also plays Cricket and loves to travel!

Tylo Borsboom is Quarry’s Sourcer and Junior Recruiter. She has a background in IT and Engineering – graduating Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa with a double major in Computer Science and Communications. In addition, Tylo brings over three years of experience working within a technology start up environment.

Matt is the Financial/Payroll Administrator for Quarry Consulting responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions including client invoicing, payroll and payables.  Matt enjoys a wide variety of hobbies and interests and is a big sports fan particularly golf, baseball and hockey.
