As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Quarry, Laetitia sources, screens, and hires top talent for various technical roles where she leverages her attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates.

Marci Clapham is Quarry’s Proposal Manager. She has 7 years of experience across various industries overseeing the proposal process for both the public and private sectors. Leveraging her design background, she brings a unique perspective and creative approach to crafting compelling and visually impactful proposals. She also enjoys baking bread, ask her about sourdough!

Brian McKenna is a seasoned IM/IT Recruiter with 25+ years’ experience developing candidate relationships ensuring right-fit placements for both contract and permanent employment roles within various Technical Domains. A sports fanatic, born and raised in Ottawa his love for the Boston Bruins vs the Ottawa Senators keeps the conversation lively with clients and colleagues.

Vipsa Bhalani is a Recruiter with Quarry. She specializes in Technical Recruitment and brings a technical background with more than 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, business administration and talent acquisition. Music is her passion – ask her about singing!

Erika Tellez is a Recruiter with Quarry, bringing 5 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. She started her career in recruiting with a boutique firm based in Ottawa. In her free time, she enjoys taking nature walks with her dog Zoey, going to the gym, gaming on the PlayStation and cooking. 

Vanja Vukic-Doucet is a Senior Consultant with Quarry, where she brings over 15 years of experience in project and program management, strategic planning and execution, and innovation within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. With a strong foundation in health research and business administration, she has led national health research initiatives, performance and process improvement strategies, stakeholder engagements and product development programs across a wide variety of private and public sector organizations. When not working, she enjoys cooking and is an active member of the Serbian folklore dancing club.

Tricia Livingstone is a Senior IT Recruiter at Quarry Consulting, specializing in public sector staffing with over six years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. She began her career at an Ottawa based firm, where she built a strong foundation in connecting top talent with the right opportunities. Outside of work, Tricia enjoys spending time with her two amazing grandchildren, taking walks with her dogs, Scrappy and Riley, and making memories with her family. She also loves relaxing at her seasonal campground, where she finds time to recharge and unwind

Tylo Borsboom is Quarry’s Sourcer and Junior Recruiter. She has a background in IT and Engineering – graduating Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa with a double major in Computer Science and Communications. In addition, Tylo brings over three years of experience working within a technology start up environment.

Alex is a Junior Recruiter at Quarry. She has a background in Global Studies, Customer Relations, and Child/Youth Work. Alex enjoys doing art work and playing rugby on her free time.

Sai has more than 6 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist with a solid background in information technology, telecommunications, and private and public sectors. Specialized in building lasting relationships with both candidates and colleagues, Sai fosters an atmosphere of trust, transparency, and collaboration. He also plays Cricket and loves to travel!

Matt is the Financial/Payroll Administrator for Quarry Consulting responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions including client invoicing, payroll and payables.  Matt enjoys a wide variety of hobbies and interests and is a big sports fan particularly golf, baseball and hockey.
